1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, because our photography workshops require extensive preparation, venue bookings, and have limited seating, we enforce the following policy:
Cancellation by Participant:
Up to 30 days before the workshop:You will receive a full refund
Between 29 and 7 days before the workshop:You will receive a 50% refund, or you may transfer your ticket to another person or a future workshop date (subject to availability).
Less than 7 days before the workshop:No refunds or credits will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation by the Organizer:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather).
In the event of a cancellation on our part, participants will receive a100% full refundof the workshop registration fee.
Please note that we arenot responsiblefor any travel, accommodation, or logistical expenses incurred by participants due to a cancellation. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
2. Liability & Indemnification Disclaimer
By registering for and participating in this photography workshop, you agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk:You acknowledge that participating in the workshop (including indoor sessions and outdoor field trips/photo walks) involves moving around with expensive gear, potentially uneven terrain, and varying weather conditions. You assume full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of your equipment.
Limitation of Liability:[Your Brand/Name] and its instructors, employees, or partners shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, theft, loss, or damage to personal property (including but not limited to cameras, lenses, and laptops) occurring during the workshop.
Indemnification:You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Your Brand/Name] from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your actions, negligence, or misconduct during the event.
